Site General


How do I Navigate the Site?

All site navigation is used via the titled tabs at the top of the screen. They are listed with titles showing the destination of the tab. Simply Left-Click to get there (Click on tab(s))

How do I Leave Comments?

Comment sections are available for you to leave comments on under each blog post. Our fans usually will comment on the features of the blog, and mainly that is what we want people to do. If you have any questions or comments, or feedback, please send it to our support email found on the Contact Us page.

When is the Site Updated?

The JSP™ site is updated every week day from 8am-5pm ET. While blogs may not be posted everyday, the site is moderated / updated. Some exceptions include holidays / special closures. Also, each day the site moderation stops around 8pm ET, so we enter each date 1 day ahead of time...(Example - Thursday, November 20ths post would be stamped - Friday, November 21st). Special updates for events may occur later than posted above.

Updates include, but are not limited to, the: Catalog, Shipping, Home Page, and Blog Post

How do I Download Files off the Site?

Files off the site can be downloaded very easily by going to the 'downloads' page and clicking, 'Download File'. You should then be prompted to save the file or open it. To save the file on your computer please do the following:

>Click 'Save File' / 'Save File As'
                                               >Name the file and select it's location to save
             >Click Save again

If a file doesn't save, there may be an error on the site. Please refresh the page (F5) and try again. If a problem still persists, email us at <[email protected]>

Are the Files on the site Virus Scanned?

Prior to uploading, every file on the downloads page is secured with Norton Anti-Virus program, as with all of the JSP™ Site. Once uploaded, the site will NOT allow any virus ridden file to be able to download. In short, the files are scanned and checked before they are available to the public.

Also, virus scans do NOT include files you may find 'download ready', such as pictures, text, etc

What is 'processing' and how long does it take?

Processing is the time we take on an order to check our systems to make sure the items ordered are in stock and ready to be filled and packed. Once confirmed, we will pick and fill your orders and ship them out to UPS. Processing usually takes 1 business day, however we usually pack and ship orders the same day they are ordered if placed before 4pm EST

How do Items Ship / How Long Does it Take?

Items from the catalog [if in stock] usually ship on or before the next business day. All items are shipped via UPS services, and can take up to 7 days from ship date to arrive, however, they usually arrive much faster. You have option of Basic service, Ground, or 2nd day delivery.

Do Items Ship Daily, or Only on Certain Days?

Items ordered from the JSP™ before 4PM ET Monday - Friday will process and ship that same day. Any item(s) ordered after 4PM ET will ship out the next day. NO ITEMS ordered on Sunday will process or ship out. Shipping center hours are Monday - Saturday 9am -4pm. All orders from one day are shipped out at 5PM and no later.

Can I Track My Orders?

Once an item has been ordered and given to UPS for movement in their shipping network you will be given a tracking number. You will need to enter the number on UPS.com and you can then track your shipments movement and see various information and see when it will arrive at your location. Tracking numbers are provided after the shipment reaches a UPS location (usually 1 business day after processing).

What are the Return Policies?

The return policy on items is as follows:

Any new, unopened item may be returned within 30 days of ship date if you are unsatisfied.
Opened, new items may be returned within 15 days of ship date with an RCN (Return Confirmation Number).

Any items unopened, new that exceed 30 days from the ship date may ONLY be returned with confirmation from a support rep.
Any opened, new items that exceed 15 days from ship date may NOT be returned.

Return shipping fees are at the customers expense.*

What Service Do You Use to Ship With?

English Outfitters™ USA Branch (Including the JSP™ Store / Online Store) ship everything via UPS  Services. We have three methods: BASIC, GROUND, and 2nd Day-air.

How Do We Place Orders?

There is a tab located at the top of the page, next to catalog, where all orders are to be placed. Simply enter your name and email. Then in the body portion of the message box, enter the items you wish to purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent to you within 10 minutes with the items you wish and your total. Any taxes, and shipping will have been calculated. We will then request an address and we will bill you later. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO OUR ADDRESS! THIS IS NOT A REAL STORE!

Why Must Recipients Be 18 Or Older To Order Some Items?

Some items on the JSP™ require recipients on the site to be 18 or older to order. The only items on this site that require that are 2 items that can be classified as weapons, or devices that could cause harm to any person(s), animal(s) or objects, like a knife for example. We require a birth date to be submitted at the time of ordering these items. Failure to do so will result in an invalid order, and no items can be ordered that require such clearance.

How Do I Know My Order Went Through?

Every order submitted to us through the Order Form on the JSP™ Order Form page is reviewed, then a confirmation email is sent to the email provided to us from you. A VALID EMAIL IS REQUIRED, OTHERWISE YOU CANNOT ORDER!!! After the confirmation is sent and we receive addresses and billing information your items will ship within 1 business day. They can be tracked via FedEx tracking on FedEx.com

Do you accept Visa or AMEX Gift Cards?

Visa and American Express gift cards of various denominations are accepted as long as they provide a name and address. To register your card with such information look on the packaging of the card, usually on the back. Giftcardmall.com/visagift for Visa cards.

How Do We Receive Free Items Offered Online?

Free items are occasionally offered for download on the website only. You can download or redeem these by going to the catalog or downloads page (usually the catalog) and clock the DOWNLOAD button that will be present. Once the new page opens you will be able to download the item for free. Simply follow the same steps for downloading files off the site.

What is Real Time Inventory?

Our Real Time Inventory Feature now allows you to see the expected date of arrival for our products that have sold out or are currently out of stock. The dates are only estimates, but allow the consumers to actively plan ahead for purchases not available the first time. It's also great as a resource for consumers to know about when the next delivery of items will restock the entire catalog.

What is the JSP Summer Sale?

The JSP 2011 Summer Sale was started in early July to give customers the great deals they all want on some of our hottest items. Each day there will be new deals posted, and new items will be discounted up to 85% off. Nobody can beat our deals during the Summer Sale 2011. Be sure to check back each day at 10am ET for new deals.

When Are New Deals Offered?

Be sure to check back on the Catalog page of the site, as well as the Blog, each day (excluding weekends) for the new deals. New deals are posted at 10:00am Eastern Standard Time each weekday. You can see the new deals on Twitter, Catalog page, or the Blog.

How Can I Contact an Administrator for More Help?

At anytime of the day or night, you can send a message to our help desk by sending an email to <[email protected]>. We should get back to you within 24 hours of the time you send an email. If we don't, it doesn't mean we didn't get your message, just that no one was on call, and therefore, we will answer ASAP.

How Can I Report a Bug / Error?

Any bugs / error reporting should be done by emailing us at the address <[email protected]>. Please title your message 'Error Report', and we will fix the error ASAP. We will not reply to you about bug reports unless it is serious enough to have tainted an order / general operation on the site.

How Can I Connect With a Person?

Getting in touch is easy, and fast. Our Support team is constantly monitoring the site all hours of the day 24/7. Can I Get A Job At the JSP™ Store / Online Site?

Anyone with experience in Retail, Sales, online programming, Web Design, or Merchandising is eligible for employment at the JSP™ Store. We strongly suggest people with moderate - advanced computer skills, as well as 'people' skills.

We do not to hiring in-house, instead we rely on outside job boards and firms to suggest hires for us. If you are looking, please call the Orange County Job Board Human Resource Center. We cannot post their number here, but you can easily look them up online.
